Find a doctor in your Tier One network

Your employer's plan decides which networks you can use. Enter the Group ID from your HPHP member ID card and we'll show the providers available to you.

How it works

  1. Enter your Group IDIt's printed on the front of your HPHP member ID card.
  2. Search your Tier One networkFilter by care type or specialty, and see who's near you on the map.
  3. Call to bookConfirm the provider is still in your network when you schedule.
Tier One

Your lowest out-of-pocket cost. Tier One includes HPHP's direct-contract network and, for many groups, Employers Health Network (EHN). This directory lists Tier One providers only.

Tier Two

National wrap networks for care outside the Tier One area, usually at a higher cost. After you enter your Group ID, we link you to your plan's Tier Two directory.
